Maria Oestreicher is since 2001 Senior Vice President Corporate Financial Accounting at ista International GmbH. She is responsible for financial accounting related topics (e.g. consolidated accounts, policies, systems, implementation of IFRS standards) within the multi-national ista group. She lead project like financial due diligences, purchase price allocations, public bond placements. From 2003 to 2008 she also was responsible for corporate tax. Prior to that, she served for four years as Director of Finance at Veba Electronics Inc., Santa Clara, USA. She started her career as internal auditor.
WP Dipl.-Kfm. Hans Hartmann is partner at PwC in Vienna and leading the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services department.. His areas of expertise are enforcement procedures, transaction accounting, accounting change, GAAP conversions and IFRS special topics. Since several years, he has been advising multinational companies and groups as well as middle market companies.
